CSL Vifor: Fuel HCP Engagement with Congress Moments

At the 56th Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society of Nephrology, CSL Vifor teamed up with Screver to move beyond presentations and collect meaningful feedback — the kind that drives action, not just reports.

The goal was simple: 

to capture what mattered most to healthcare professionals — before, during, and after the event — to guide relevant follow-up and future engagement.

Using short, branded surveys — clear language, easy clicks, a touch of cartoon charm — we asked what stood out, what could be improved, and whether guests wanted to hear more about specific topics. It worked.

On-site support that made a difference

We didn’t just support CSL Vifor with setup and survey flow — we were there in person. Being on the ground meant smoother execution, quicker decisions, and better conversations. That on-site support was a big plus for the team and part of why they’ve chosen to continue working with us.
